Édition was born from vulnerability, resilience, and a desire for change. I started this magazine out of my insecurities and struggles growing up as a young woman navigating today’s beauty standards. In high school, I often felt the pressure to fit into a mold, whether it was hiding parts of my personality because they were considered “too much” or being bullied for being different. Those experiences fueled me to create something bigger than myself. Édition is a publication that stands for authenticity. It’s about embracing who you are unapologetically and knowing that your voice, creativity, and individuality matter. I wanted to build a platform where young people could express themselves freely, showcase their talents, and take pride in what makes them unique, without being confined to the expectations society places on them. This magazine is more than pages and photographs; it celebrates identity, creativity, and the courage to stand out.
